Foto Skillz

Nothing new in my world. Maybe I should start posting our favorite recipes. 

Well, if you really want to know and get your taste buds in a frenzy, tonight we had teriyaki chicken with green peppers and brown rice. 

Cut up 1 and a half chicken breasts into small squares and put in a pan with olive oil. 

Cut up a third of a green pepper into slivers and put that in the pan with the chicken. I added a bit of sage to the chicken, also. 

While that was cooking, I started the water boiling for the brown rice. Could also use a can of chicken broth instead of water for extra chicken flavor. 

Added a little teriyaki sauce to both chicken and rice while they cooked (not too much to the chicken or it will get all black in the pan). 

Then when both chicken and rice are done, mix together, add more teriyaki sauce, let simmer on low for a few more minutes, then devour! 

This was something new for us, but probably a new favorite meal at our house. Easy, quick, and not too much for your stomach to get mad at. When you have super sensitive stomachs at your house, a meal like this every few days is nice to get it calm again.
