This is what I've become. I'm such a procrastinator that I'm not really sure if I will be able to get out of this rut of being a couch potato, but I hope so. I haven't been eating the healthiest things, though if you know me, you know that's not my strong suit anyway. I did eat some carrots last week...a step up from zero vegetables! I have found that if you cook it in Italian dressing with chicken, the carrots actually have flavor! Although I am probably counteracting the good part of vegetables with things like Italian dressing, but at least I am eating them now! I have found in the last year that I can tolerate zucchini squash, carrots, onions, green peppers. Ben won't eat onions, so I only eat those if we are at a restaurant. I love potatoes, but are those considered vegetables? Probably not the way I cook them, but I looove them! Cooked probably any way imaginable. I'm not sure if I've tried and liked any other vegetables besides those. I've eaten mushrooms in numerous things and Ben has tried to sneak it in when he's cooking, but I cannot stand those slimy things! I'm sure it gives good flavor, but then I don't want to taste or feel the actual mushroom in my mouth (and I will know if you sneak it in!).
Being that I'm sitting and typing this, you can see already that I am procrastinating on doing something. And for the last hour I've been playing with the picnik functions since they will be shutting down in a few months. This is what I made:
Pretty? I think it turned out alright. Took forever to get the words/colors like I wanted, but it's nice. Well, it's starting to get late and I need to fix dinner, wash clothes, straighten things up, watch tv, fold clothes, clean dishes.....
